For a few months I had the opportunity to support ODIMM, Moldova’s agency  for the development of small and medium enterprises, in its effort to develop a women business’ organisation that could effectively coordinate all efforts to support women entrepreneurship. In a country where only 27% of all companies are run by a woman, and even less than that when looking at rural areas or specific sectors, women are starting to demand a series of specific measures to enhance their access to finance and increase their chances to launch and maintain successful businesses.
